Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational processes and optimize resource utilization.

  • Need to review the existing collection and reconciliation processes, and take the necessary steps to automate them for improved efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Maintain Relationship with corresponding bank regarding deal & payout of transactions.

  • Review & monitor day to day task of overall Customer service, Sales support team & SQ team.

  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

  • Maintain an accurate agent account balance and ensure proper physical record keeping of all transactions.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies to mitigate risks.

  • Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to streamline processes and achieve operational excellence.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the operations team.

  • To arrange for the reconciliation of Correspondent Bank accounts and resolve all related issues immediately.

  • To ensure smooth processing of transactions in the corresponding banks.

  • Prepare cash collection schedule & monitor the collection of funds as per the target.

  • Monitor the aging of agency balance.

  • To attend customers, agents and correspondent bank complaints and try to resolve the issues immediately or take necessary steps to resolve them at the earliest possible time.

  • To create and maintain good relations with customers, agents and the correspondent banks.
