❖ BBA / B.Sc. / Honours in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related discipline from a reputed university with no Third Division/Class; Master’s degree preferred.

❖ Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Treasury / Money Market / Investment in Banks or Financial Institutions.

❖ Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of financial markets and treasury products.

❖ Proficiency in computer applications and core banking/treasury systems.

❖ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to perform in a dynamic treasury environment.

Key Responsibilities:
❖ Execute trading of Money Market instruments including call money, repo, swaps, SND & term placements.
❖ Manage trading and portfolio of Fixed Income Securities such as government bills/bonds, corporate bonds, and sukuk.
❖ Monitor and project daily liquidity, executing funding deals (borrowings/placements) to maintain optimal cash positions.
❖ Analyze market conditions, interest rate movements, and credit data to identify trading and investment opportunities.
❖ Ensure compliance with internal policies, trading limits, and regulatory requirements including Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
❖ Maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and financial institutions to facilitate trades and treasury operations.
❖ Participate in auctions and transactions of Bangladesh Bank Bills, Treasury Bills, and Treasury Bonds.
