As a Chat Support Executive / Lead at TQBD, you will provide high-quality chat support for our USA-based clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with filing status queries, payment updates, and other account-related issues. Your role will involve accurate back-office operations, troubleshooting and maintaining professional, client-focused communication aligned with US standards.
You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction while handling sensitive data responsibly, following all compliance protocols.
Job Responsibilities
Respond to client queries regarding filing status, form updates, and submission errors via chat.
Maintain and update client records and back-office data with 100% accuracy.
Provide updates on payment processing, refund statuses, and resolve basic billing complaints.
Deliver professional customer service over chat, maintaining a polite, helpful, and consistent “US-neutral” tone in all client interactions.
Follow strict data privacy and compliance protocols regarding client information.
Identify and troubleshoot filing errors and communicate solutions clearly to clients.
