Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS/Case reports for regulatory, management, and operational requirements.
Ensure timely submission of accurate reports to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies.
Monitor, analyze, and validate data from various banking systems to support decision-making.
Design and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Collaborate with different business units to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Maintain data security, confidentiality, and integrity in all MIS functions.
Support the implementation of digital initiatives, BI tools, and analytics platforms.
Prepare periodic dashboards, performance reports, and trend analysis for senior management and the Board.
