Prime Responsibilities

• Identify and approach to potential customers for credit card sales.
• Explain the features and benefits of different credit cards to customers and assist them completing the application.
• Coordinate with respective officers to facilitate approval and delivery of cards at shortest possible time.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the bank.
• Ensure proper card activation and encourage supplementary card usage.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries and complaints, ensure fraud-free onboarding.
• Collect information on market trends, products, peer bank strategy and propose new initiate to line managers.
• Maintain daily and weekly sales reports and share with line manager.

Monthly gross salary BDT 31,000. Festival bonus, hospitalization & maternity reimbursement, leave benefits, and other facilities as per HR policy.
