Key Responsibilities:

·         Define and implement strategic business targets for revenue growth, client acquisition, and profitability.

·         Develop annual business plans and performance metrics aligned with organizational objectives.

·         Drive target-oriented strategies across business divisions to maximize operational efficiency.

·         Monitor and evaluate performance against predefined targets and take corrective actions where necessary.

·         Identify new market opportunities and investment avenues to achieve business expansion targets.

·         Foster a performance-driven culture focused on measurable business outcomes.

·         Ensure alignment of business targets with risk management and compliance frameworks.

·         Lead initiatives for business diversification and sustainable growth.

·         Establish performance indicators and reporting mechanisms to track target achievement.

Regulatory and Compliance Responsibilities:

·         Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

·         Maintain liaison with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of reports and disclosures.

·         Oversee compliance with capital market regulations and merchant banking guidelines.

·         Implement risk management systems in line with regulatory expectations.

·         Develop policies and procedures to meet audit and regulatory standards.

·         Monitor changes in regulatory frameworks and ensure operational alignment.

·         Uphold ethical business practices and corporate governance across all operations.

·         Represent the organization in interactions with the regulatory authority and external stakeholders.
