Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
Experience:
3–4 years of hands-on experience in system administration or IT infrastructure roles.
Skills:
Working knowledge of Linux/Windows server administration.
Strong understanding of Cisco/Huawei networking and enterprise Wi-Fi systems.
Practical experience with FortiGate firewall management.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Huawei/VMware) and cloud platforms.
Exposure to container platforms and modern deployment practices.
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, identity management, and M365 administration.
Knowledge of endpoint security, patching, and security best practices.
Understanding of ISO 27001:2022 controls and compliance requirements.
Experience in supporting DR and BCP operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
Scope:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Assistant System Administrator with 3-4 years of professional experience to support and enhance our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical capabilities across systems, networks, security, and virtualization, with an SRE-oriented approach to reliability and automation. The role also requires awareness of compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Linux and Windows server environments.
Support configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Cisco/Huawei LAN & Wi-Fi networking infrastructure.
Operate and manage FortiGate Firewall, including policies, logs, and security monitoring.
Provide operational support for cloud services (Azure/AWS/M365) and hybrid IT environments.
Perform routine inspection, monitoring, and upkeep of on-premise data center systems.
Manage and support Huawei and VMware virtualization platforms, ensuring optimal performance.
Assist in deploying and maintaining container-based applications (Docker/Kubernetes).
Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, and related enterprise identity services.
Provide administrative support for M365 services across the organization.
Implement and monitor endpoint security solutions and respond to security events.
Deliver technical troubleshooting and support services for end users and IT operations.
Contribute to automation, monitoring, and service stability following an SRE mindset.
Support organizational adherence to ISO 27001:2022 compliance guidelines, including documentation and security controls.
Assist in the operation, testing, and monitoring of the Disaster Recovery (DR) site.
Support planning, maintenance, and execution of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) activities.
