Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 05 years of experience in an advertising agency, digital marketing, or creative industry.

Strong understanding of consumer psychology and audience behavior.

Ability to connect data insights with creative concepts

Basic knowledge of campaign planning, storytelling, and content strategy.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

Scope

We are seeking a driven and imaginative Creative Strategist to bridge the gap between campaign objectives and impactful storytelling. This is an aspirational role for emerging campaign managers who want to go beyond execution and deeply explore how communication varies across platforms, audiences, and creative formats.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative strategies and communication routes aligned with campaign objectives and brand positioning.

Translate business and marketing goals into compelling campaign ideas and storytelling frameworks.

Analyze audience insights, behavioral patterns, and performance data to inform creative direction.

Define platform-specific content approaches (ATL Media, Digital Platforms, Outdoor Branding, etc.).

Collaborate with Agency partners (copywriters, designers, and media teams) to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

Contribute to ideation sessions with fresh, insight-driven creative angles.

Evaluate campaign performance and refine creative strategies based on learnings.

Support integrated campaigns across digital and offline media.
