  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their audience behavior patterns.

  • Basic knowledge of content planning, copywriting, and social media analytics tools.

  • Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Scope:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to manage and grow our company’s social media presence. This role is ideal for a young, energetic professional with a strong understanding of digital platforms and audience behavior, who is eager to learn and contribute to impactful brand and service communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Guardian Life’s social media handles, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand guidelines and communication objectives.

  • Track social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to enhance content effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns and content strategies.

  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.

  • Support digital campaigns, product promotions, and brand-building initiatives across platforms.
