Job description:
Learning & Development (L&D):
Support Training Needs Assessments (TNA) by collecting inputs from business teams to identify skill gaps.
Assist in designing and implementing learning programs to build capability and learning agility.
Help develop and deliver blended training programs and support LMS-based learning activities.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and support internal trainer development initiatives.
Assist in training evaluation through feedback collection and basic impact analysis.
Support L&D operations including training calendar management, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
Support organizational assessments through data collection, surveys, and stakeholder coordination.
Assist in developing OD plans aligned with business priorities and the 7S framework.
Organizational Development (OD):
Support organizational structure reviews, job role documentation, and grading exercises.
Assist in succession planning activities and talent identification processes.
Support implementation and monitoring of Performance Management System (PMS).
Contribute to process documentation, SOP development, and compliance with QMS (ISO/ISMS) standards.
Assist in analyzing HR and performance data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
