• Masters

Post-graduation degree from any recognized university, preferably in:

• Finance / Accounting / Banking / Economics / Management / Business Administration or similar or higher degree from a reputed university with good academic records.

• No third division/class is acceptable in any academic examination.

• At least 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing

• Age 45 to 62 years

• Minimum 20 years of experience at different levels in any Finance Company or Bank out of which at least 2 years practical experience as MD/CEO or DMD or at any position next to Managing Director in any Finance Company/Bank.

• Must fulfill all eligibility criteria for MD/CEO as per DFIM Circular No. 03 dated 25 March 2024.

Responsibilities:

The Managing Director shall perform the duties and responsibilities as mentioned in DFIM Circular No. 03 dated March 25, 2024 of Bangladesh Bank and other relevant regulations as well as the directions of the Board of Directors of the Company.
