∎ The applicant should have 2-3 years of experience in the following business area(s): Bank/NBFI
∎ Should have experiences in deposit product development, strategic positioning and implementation.
∎ Good analytical skill.
∎ Problem-solving skill and having the aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
∎ Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
∎ Experience in sales or customer service is also preferred.
∎ Good English language skill in both speaking and writing.
∎ Competent in computer skill i.e Microsoft words, excel and power point presentation.
∎ Well versed with deposit workflow process and standard operating procedure

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Possess the strong knowledge of the deposit products and fixed deposit etc.
∎ Innovative in creating the right deposit product to target potential and existing customers.
∎ Having the capability to create the deposit product SOP, SLA and workflow process.
∎ Able to coordinate with Wholesales, Retail, Operation department on the launch of the new product.
∎ Able to study and analyze the competitors’ deposit promotion.
∎ Able to react to the changing market conditions and conduct necessary review of our product suite.
∎ Facilitates the development and enhancements of the deposit suite of products.
∎ Able to work closely with marketing colleagues to promote our deposit products in the market.
∎ Supports the marketing initiatives which emphasize on new customer retention and competitive pricing.
∎ Working closely with our sales and distribution channel staff to increase the sales opportunity.
∎ Provide necessary product knowledge and workflow process training with respective colleagues.
∎ To develop key performance metrics of deposit and allocation of target to respective department.
∎ To monitor and track the sales traction of the various deposit product.
∎ Preparing the deposit performance report for senior management on monthly basis
∎ Job Type: Contractual/Permanent
