Key Responsibilities

Strategic Training & Development Leadership

  • Facilitate the process of Training Need Assessment (TNA) across the Bank to identify skill gaps, regulatory requirements, and future competency needs

  • Must have the capacity of designing and preparing the Annual Training Calendar considering Bangladesh Bank guidelines, internal policies, and strategic business objectives

  • Develop structured training programs, workshops, and course curricula, including objectives, session plans, and learning outcomes.

  • Arrange need based training as and when need.

Regulatory Compliance & Institutional Governance

  • Ensure full compliance of all training activities with Bangladesh Bank, BIBTA, BIBM, and other regulatory and supervisory authorities

  • Prepare, review, and submit training-related regulatory reports, replies, and documentation, including responses to Bangladesh Bank Comprehensive Inspection Reports

Academic Involvement

  • Should have area specialization on Credit, Foreign Trade, General Banking and other operational areas of banking.

  • Conduct Classes in different courses as per the requirement.

  • Evaluation of participant through structured questions, assignments & report presentation.

  • Keep record of results for future official decision.

Training Program Administration & Coordination

  • Preparing training schedule, develop training content, organize and administer classroom, virtual, and blended training programs, including need-based compliance training

  • Must have the ability to handle digital platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.) to ensure nationwide participation

  • Coordinate participant nominations, confirmations, communications, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations

  • Analyze training data and feedback to assess effectiveness and continuously improve training quality

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparation of training budgets and monitor training-related expenses and settlements

  • Ensure optimal utilization of training resources and institutional facilities

Operational, IT & Documentation Support

  • Ensure availability of training logistics, equipment, and infrastructure In the classroom.

  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual training activity reports to Top Management
