Post Graduation from reputed public / private University with minimum Second Class/division in all examinations. No 3rd division/ class is allowed.

• Student File & Student Banking Business experience.

• Strategic Alliance Management.

• Computer literacy (MS Office).

• Good communication skills (both written & verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills.

The Head of Student Banking will lead the growth and supervision of the student banking portfolio across branches and Agent Banking outlets. This role will drive portfolio performance, generate revenue through fee-based income and expand the bank’s liability base through student and youth deposits. S/he will also develop and manage programs, campaigns and events to enhance student engagement, promote financial inclusion and build long-term customer relationships. Through these initiatives, s/he will ensure sustainable and strategic growth fully aligned with the bank’s objectives.

• Oversee personnel across branches and Agent Banking outlets, ensuring efficient student banking operations and service excellence.

• Lead teams to deliver high-quality, compliant services while driving student deposit account and student file growth.

• Coordinate branch financial literacy programs, targeted campaigns and events to achieve business and regulatory objectives.

• Identify growth opportunities, expand student files and enhance products through innovation and process improvements.

• Collaborate with Remittance Operations, International Division and stakeholders to resolve issues and implement financial inclusion initiatives.
