Experience: Minimum 20 (twenty) years of banking experience, including at least 3 (three) years in the immediately preceding rank of MD/CEO in a scheduled commercial bank.
Knowledge & Competence: The candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance, and risk management, with a proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and digital transformation, along with strong leadership and communication skills to effectively inspire and lead teams, ensuring sustainable business growth and full compliance with regulatory authorities.

Compliance with Bangladesh Bank Guidelines: The candidate must meet the “Fit and Proper Test” criteria prescribed by Bangladesh Bank for appointment as Managing Director & CEO, in accordance with BRPD Circular No. 05, dated 27-02-2024, BRPD Circular Letter No. 12, dated 03-03-2024 and BRPD Circular Letter No. 27, dated 26-11-2025.
