Education:
Minimum Educational Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must have at least 4-year Honours (Bachelor’s) or a Master’s (Postgraduate) degree from any reputed and recognized university or institution. Preference will be given to candidates from the disciplines of Banking, Bank Management, MBA, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, HRM, English, Law, International Relations, Statistics, and Public Administration, Computer Sciences & Engineering.
Candidates must have secured at least two First Divisions/Classes (or equivalent) in their academic career, meeting the following minimum grade requirements:
SSC/HSC or equivalent: CGPA ≥ 3.00 on a 5.00 scale,
Honours/Master’s programs: CGPA ≥ 3.00 on a 4.00 scale,
Applicants having a third class/division or equivalent CGPA (as per prevailing grading practices) at any stage of their academic career are ineligible to apply.

Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited (BCBL), a public limited company, currently has 50.41% of its shareholding held by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, with the remaining 49.59% owned by depositors and other private shareholders. In line with our strategic growth and commitment to excellence, we are looking to recruit dynamic and high-potential fresh graduates/postgraduates for the position of Probationary Officer to meet the professional requirements of the Bank.
Posting & Job Assignment:
The selected candidates’ entire time shall be at the disposal of the bank. He/she may be posted anywhere in Bangladesh and assigned any task as deemed necessary by the Bank
Employment Terms:
Selected candidates will be appointed as “Probationary Officers” for a period of one year (12 months). Upon successful completion of the probation period, they will be confirmed as permanent employees in the rank of “Senior Officer”.
Job Other Benifits:
During probation: Consolidated Monthly Pay- BDT 55,000/-. After confirmation: in the Pay Scale of Basic for BDT 30000/-i.e. Gross Monthly Pay: Approximately BDT 60,000/; Additional benefits as per the bank`s policy for the respective grade.
