• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum graduation/ post-graduation from any reputed public/private university.

• No Third Division/Class in any academic examination

Experience:

• 1 to 5 years working experience in Banks/NBFI.

• Age at maximum 40 years Age limit may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver quality results

• Job Location: All branches (Anywhere in Bangladesh)

Responsibilities & Context:

• Recovery/regularization/rescheduling of NonPerforming Loan (NPL) portfolio in line with Bangladesh Bank and internal guidelines.

• Negotiate with clients and other relevant parties to implement strategies for recovery,restructuring, rescheduling, and settlement of classified loans and leases.

• Prepare memos, management memo and office note for settlement/ rescheduling/one time exit/write off loan accounts.

• Initiate legal processing upon requirement & maintain relationship with regulators, law enforcement teams and lawyers.

• Provide support, advice & guidance to the branches in recovery of the classified loans.

• Prepare and present MIS, portfolio analysis, and recovery performance reports.

• Visit customer business premises, residential address, mortgaged properties, Land Offices, and other relevant location to verify and collect information.

• Determine account plan/exit/recovery strategy for special assets and achieve planned recovery targets.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
