Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance
    • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting/Management/Economics or any relevant discipline from a reputed university.

  • Professional certifications (CA, ACCA, CFA, CMA, and MBA) will be considered as an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 50 years
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience in banking or financial institutions.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Leadership role in Operations/General Banking/ Administration.

  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Bank Regulations, Financial Operations, and Risk Management.

  • Maximum 50 years (may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates).

  • Strong leadership and decision-making ability.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record of operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.



Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the overall operations of the company ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and operational standards.

  • Supervise and coordinate centralized branch day to day operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and risk mitigation.

  • Implement effective internal control systems and operational policies for sustainable business growth of Asset Operations and Liability Operations.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of core operational areas including deposit mobilization, product customer service, transaction management, documentation, and reporting.

  • Liaison with regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders to maintain operational transparency.

  • Monitor performance, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide strategic input to Management on operational matters and support in policy formulation and update all topics on regular basis

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve organizational goals.

  • To ensure efficient and effective execution of all asset and liability operation.

  • Ensure all reporting and prepare all Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly & Yearly statements of Bangladesh Bank, BFIU, NBR, Dudok, DSE, CSE & BSEC etc.

  • Preparation of daily Statements of Affairs centrally for producing to the top management.
