Responsibilities & Context:
Collect milk samples from farmers during milk reception.
Conduct various quality control tests such as acidity, fat, CLR, and density tests.
To ensure the proper cooling temperature.
Maintain records of various test results and prepare daily reports.
To take proper action on any order from the supervisor.
