Strong knowledge of footwear/Apparel manufacturing processes.
Practical experience in Time Study, Motion Study, SMV calculation, and Line Balancing.
Knowledge of production planning and capacity analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be considered an advantage.
ERP knowledge will be considered an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct time study and motion study for all manufacturing operations.
Develop Standard Minute Value (SMV) for different operations.
Prepare operation breakdown and line balancing reports.
Analyze manpower requirements and machine capacity for new production lines.
Design Process layout and improve productivity & efficiency through IE techniques.
Monitor production efficiency and identify productivity improvement opportunities.
Work closely with Product Development, Procurement, Production, Merchandising, teams during new article development.
Conduct capacity planning and production target analysis.
Prepare department wise monthly efficiency report.
Assist management in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
