Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) /

• Footwear Engineering or related field. 

Experience

• At least 2 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

• Tannery/Footwear 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in QA, MEM or similar role (preferably in the footwear,Leather or manufacturing sector.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with leadership ability.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

and energetic professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspect raw materials, in-process products and finished goods to ensure quality standards.

2. Conduct quality tests and maintain inspection records.

3. Identify defects and report quality issues to management.

4. Monitor compliance with company quality procedures and specifications.

5. Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.

6. Prepare quality reports and documentation.

7. Provide training and guidance to quality staff.

8. Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
