• Age At most 30 years

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in QC testing of Consumer or FMCG environment.

• Good documentation and research skills.

• Ability to handle basic laboratory instruments

• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (R&D, QC, Procurement, etc.).

• Strong observational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Age at most 30 years.

• Well conversant with MS office applications.

Job Context

Department: Quality Control

Job Location: Factory (Narayangonj)

Job Summary

To conduct QC testing and monitoring of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and production environments to ensure the safety, purity, and compliance of Consumers and Food products, with applicable quality standards, Food specifications, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products as per approved specifications

• Conduct physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis during in-process and final stages

• Ensure proper identification, sampling, quarantine, approval, or rejection of materials.

• Maintain records of raw material testing and release.

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.

• Identify deviations and report to concerned departments for corrective actions.

• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and GMP compliance in production areas.

• Ensure finished goods meet approved specifications before release.

• Maintain QC records, test reports, COAs, logbooks, and batch-related documents.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, BSTI, and other applicable regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QA, and Procurement departments.

• Ensure proper handling, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory instruments

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the QC laboratory.
