B.Sc in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Power Technology/ Chemistry/ Glass & Ceramics or Diploma in Glass and Ceramics from a recognized institution

1. Experience in LED Smart Mirror Glass manufacturing, Electrical assembly production, Glass processing industry (preferred)

2. Having knowledge in customer service.

3. Proficiency in using relevant software for data analysis and reporting.

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

5. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

7. Commitment to safety standards and protocols.

8. Experience with glass manufacturing processes (including offline processes) and related requirements.

1.      Supervise daily production of LED Smart Mirrors (cutting, edging, silvering, sandblasting, LED fitting, wiring, testing).

2.      Ensure production targets (daily, weekly, monthly) are achieved.

3.      Monitor line balancing and workflow optimization.

4.      Reduce rejection, rework, and wastage.

5.      Oversee installation and maintenance of: LED lighting systems, Defogger systems, Touch sensors & smart controllers and Power supply units.

6.      Ensure proper integration between the glass panel and electrical components.

7.      Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and quality-related issues.

Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for machinery and assembly tools.
