Responsibilities & Context:

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Supervisor in Nabinagar, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the daily operations on the production floor, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will also be responsible for coordinating with various teams to optimize production processes and meet production targets.

Responsibilities & Context

·         To monitor & control the production process of assigned sections.

·         To achieve the production target of the respective section as per the production plan with proper supervision.

·         To ensure quality products through in-process checking.

·         To ensure optimum utilization of manpower, wastage control & Optimization of cost.

·         To minimize downtime of machinery.

·         To update the document & records as prescribed.

·         To Provide training to associate supervisors and staff.

·         Motivation of workers and following up on their behavior.

·         To perform any other job assigned by the management.

Requirements

Education

·         Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from any reputed institute.

Experience

·         At least 5 years

·         The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Production of Protein Powder / Chemical / Industrial Powder/ Medicine.

·         The experience can be relaxed only for those who can speak Mandarin.

Additional Requirements:

·         Protein Powder -related experience field will be preferred.

·         For those who can speak Mandarin, the experience can be relaxing.

Additional Requirements

·         Age at least 25years

·         Must be dynamic, result-oriented, cost-conscious, and conversant with modern spinning production-related quality management systems.

·         Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize

·         Excellent leadership and communication skills

·         Understanding of safety and quality standards in production

·         Good MS Office & Emailing skills.
