∎ Diploma, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Bachelor's in Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of work experience in the Plant Infrastructure in the protein powder industry.

∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Strong knowledge of plant implementation,
∎ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Experience with PLC programming with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and vast experience with production management procedures.
∎ Work at the factory and ability to work at day/night shift.
∎ Able to read and speak Chinese to read machinery instructions and communicate independently with factory higher management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance in the new plant.
∎ Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
∎ Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.
∎ Determines changes in parts requirements by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
∎ Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.
∎ Trains production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
∎ Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests. Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
∎ Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ To provide training to associate supervisors and staff.
