• Strong communication and documentation skills with strategic thinking ability.

Akij Healthcare & Hygiene Ltd. (AHHL) is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and innovative professional to lead its Product Development & Quality Control department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new products, maintaining the highest quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving innovation to support the company’s strategic growth in the healthcare and hygiene sector.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the complete lifecycle of product development from concept to market launch.

• Ensure all new and existing products align with company standards, consumer needs, and regulatory guidelines.

• Supervise product modification and formulation improvements to enhance performance, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and monitor quality standards of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods as per approved specifications and SOPs.

• Validate analytical methods and production processes to ensure consistency and reliability.

• Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of all licenses, certificates, and regulatory approvals.

• Approve packaging designs and artworks to ensure compliance with branding and legal standards.

• Initiate and implement innovation projects for process optimization, cost reduction, and product enhancement.

• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure effective product commercialization.

• Prepare reports on product quality performance, innovation outcomes, and compliance status for management review.
