Responsibilities & Context:
Strategic Responsibilities
Provide overarching leadership to Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality & Plant Administration
Lead capacity expansion, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
Establish operational KPIs aligned with profitability and shareholder value
Drive cost optimization, yield enhancement, and energy efficiency programs
Oversee multi-plant operational integration (if applicable)
Lead capital expenditure planning and plant modernization roadmap
Strengthen corporate governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
Build and mentor senior leadership teams across departments
Represent operations at Board-level strategic discussions
