TST White House Ltd. is bringing a premium international café franchise to Bangladesh. We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to lead the operational setup, launch, and ongoing management of the café chain.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead overall operations including pre-opening and daily store management
• Ensure compliance with international SOPs and quality standards
• Handle P&L, inventory, cost control, and vendor management
• Coordinate with the international franchisor on all operational matters
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff and managers
• Maintain high levels of customer service and store performance
• Monitor KPIs and generate regular reports
• Support national expansion strategy and new outlet rollouts
