Responsibilities & Context:
1️⃣ Raw Material Inspection
Ensure cement, sand, aggregates, and water meet required quality standards before production.
2️⃣ Production Monitoring
Supervise mix ratio, batching process, block pressing, and curing to maintain consistent quality.
3️⃣ Quality Testing
Conduct compressive strength, dimension, and water absorption tests to ensure blocks meet specifications.
4️⃣ Final Product Approval
Inspect finished blocks for cracks, size accuracy, and surface finish before dispatch.
5️⃣ Documentation & Reporting
Maintain test records, daily quality reports, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
