  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership capability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.



Responsibilities & Context:

To ensure efficient operation, proper planning, smooth execution of the production process, and successful new project development, a qualified and experienced professional is required for the position of Manager / Sr. Manager (Plant Head) for AKIJ Electric & Electronics Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily production targets for all lines are achieved (SMT, molding, assembly, testing, packing).

  • Monitor machine utilization, line efficiency, and manpower allocation.

  • Review daily production reports (DPR) with supervisors and planners.

  • Review daily defects, rejection trends, and customer complaint data.

  • Lead production supervisors, engineers, and line leaders.

  • Approve shift schedules, leave rosters, and manpower deploymentManage production crises, emergencies, accidents, and compliance-related issues to ensure smooth plant operations.

  • Oversee new product development (NPI), capacity expansion, and long-term production planning including annual budget approval.

  • Lead major cost-reduction, productivity improvement, and strategic operational initiatives.

  • Supervise plant shutdowns, overhauls, and workforce capability development (training & skill enhancement).
