We are seeking a dynamic and experience individual to join our Liabilities Collection Team as “LIABILITIES COLLECTION OFFICER-FEMALE”
Position Summary:
The Liabilities Collection Officer (Female) is responsible for managing field-level deposit collection activities, ensuring timely and accurate collection from clients. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain client relationships, promote trust, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, honest, and capable of working independently while representing the organization with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage in deposit collection activities from clients on a regular basis.
Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve assigned collection targets within the stipulated time frame.
Provide excellent customer service and address client queries professionally.

Achieve monthly target.
Prepare periodic reports on collection performance and outstanding accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
