Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting / Economics from a UGC-approved university.
Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be preferred.
Professional certification in Islamic Banking (e.g., CSAA, CIPA, Islamic Banking Diploma) will be an added advantage.
No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.
Experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking, preferably with exposure to Islamic Banking.
Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles and Shariah-compliant financing structures.
Advanced corporate credit analysis and risk management capability.
Sound understanding of Bangladesh Bank regulations and Islamic banking guidelines.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making ability.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage corporate client relationships and drive business growth in a competitive banking environment.

Lead and supervise the Corporate Banking team within Islamic Banking.
Drive business growth by acquiring and managing high-quality corporate clients.
Strengthen relationships with key corporate clients and senior management stakeholders.
Promote cross-selling of Islamic funded and non-funded products.
Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.
Review and endorse corporate credit proposals prepared by Relationship Managers.
Structure Shariah-compliant financing facilities aligned with approved purposes and assets.
Coordinate with Credit Risk Management, Compliance, and Shariah Secretariat for approvals.
Present complex credit proposals to senior management and approval committees.
Monitor portfolio performance, utilization trends, and early warning signals.
Ensure timely recovery, profit realization, and regularization of facilities.
Oversee classified, overdue, and stressed accounts and recommend remedial actions.
Maintain portfolio quality within approved risk appetite.
Ensure adherence to Shariah principles, Bangladesh Bank regulations, and internal policies.
Oversee proper execution of Shariah contracts and security documentation.
Ensure compliance during disbursement and financing execution.
Support internal audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
Supervise Islamic trade and non-funded facilities including LC, Kafalah (Bank Guarantee), and Shipping Guarantee.
Ensure proper margins, securities, and risk mitigation for contingent liabilities.
Monitor compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
