Officer/Associate Manager, Credit Inspection and Monitoring
Job Grade: OG-I - PO
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct regular inspections to assess factory operational performance, project implementation progress, infrastructure and utilization of project finance.
Evaluation of machinery, project specifications, production capacity assessment and utilization, utility and status of core infrastructure.
Analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ) alongside cost estimates related to machinery, utilities, and civil infrastructure.
Prepare comprehensive credit inspection reports adherence to compliance.
Apply sound knowledge of the textile and Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry.
Conduct on-site visits to business premises, factories, warehouses and collateral sites of corporate and medium business borrowers.
Perform off-site monitoring of external credit ratings, stock reports, insurance validity, deferrals, and work order progress.
Prepare report for Board Risk Management Committee (BRMC) based on inspection findings.
Different MIS reports to support portfolio monitoring as required by the bank’s management.
