Responsibilities & Context:
Generate and process Credit Card, Home Loan, and Auto Loan business.
Source prospective customers through direct sales, referrals, and business networks.
Assist customers throughout the application and documentation process.
Verify customer information and ensure compliance with policy requirements.
Coordinate with relevant departments for timely processing and disbursement.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Achieve assigned sales and service targets.
Prepare business reports and maintain accurate records.
