• MBBS degree with a valid BMDC registration number.
• Additional Qualifications such as FCPS, MD, MRCP, or FCGP will be considered an added advantage.

• Recently retired senior doctors or experienced mid-level doctors will be given preference.

Dhaka Bank PLC. invites applications from qualified and experienced doctors for the position of Healthcare Consultant / Physician for the Employee Health Desk under the Human Resources Division.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily consultation hours at head office / designated branches for employees;
• Physical check-ups, BP, blood sugar, and basic vitals monitoring;
• Prescribing medicine and maintaining employee health records confidentially;
• First response to on-site medical emergencies, with referral/ambulance arrangement to a panel hospital if needed;
• Medical fitness certification for new recruits before joining;
• Verifying employee medical bills/reimbursement claims;
• Coordinating with the group health insurance provider on claims and coverage disputes;
• Maintaining and restocking first-aid boxes/medical rooms across branches;
• Health awareness sessions or circulars (e.g., seasonal flu, dengue precautions);
• Being on call (24/7) for consultation over the phone for any health related query of the employees and possible feedback advice via WhatsApp.

JOB NATURE: Contractual (Yearly basis)
