Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bangla and English.
Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Excel and MS Word).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle professional corporate communications.
Presentable, proactive, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in maintaining and expanding the network of partner hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Act as a point of contact between the company and network hospitals for daily operational queries.
Coordinate with hospital administration to ensure smooth and hassle-free service delivery (e.g., discounts, cashless facilities) for policyholders.
Collect, verify, and process enrollment documents and agreements from new healthcare partners.
Maintain and update an accurate database of hospital contacts, service agreements, and available medical facilities.
Collaborate with the internal claims and customer service teams to resolve any hospital-related issues faced by clients.
Assist the department head in preparing regular reports on hospital network performance and coverage.
