7-10 years of relevant experience in Retail Assets, Credit Cards, Home Loans, Auto Loans,
Consumer Finance, Retail Banking, or related fields.
Proven track record of achieving business targets and managing teams.
Experience in portfolio management and business strategy development will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage Credit Card, Home Loan, and/or Auto Loan business portfolios.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve portfolio growth and profitability targets.
Drive sales performance through effective channel management and business development initiatives.
Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency trends, and risk indicators.
Coordinate with Risk Management, Credit Administration, and Collection teams to ensure smooth business execution.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
Prepare MIS reports, portfolio analysis, and business presentations for management.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and internal policies.
Coach, mentor, and supervise team members to achieve business objectives.
