Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the Credit Card portfolio and increase market share
Drive revenue growth through acquisition, activation, usage, and cross-selling initiatives
Monitor portfolio quality, risk metrics, and ensure sustainable growth
Lead product development, campaign management, and customer engagement initiatives
Manage partnerships (Visa/Mastercard, merchants, fintech partners, etc.)
Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with Bangladesh Bank guidelines
Supervise and mentor team members within the Business Unit
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic positioning
