• 4 years Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business/ CSE or Bank Management.

• 10 years of working experience in Banking industry and 5 years plus experience in Cards, Retail product development and/or project management skill, card business, promotional strategies and campaigns.

• Good communication skills in English and teamwork player.

• Develop and execute the card product strategy in alignment with the Card/Retail business objectives.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor’s product offerings, regulatory changes, and market dynamics related to card products and recommend product enhancements and innovations.

• Sound knowledge in card industry, market trends Card Products, CMS, EMV & NFC technology, PCIDSS, Visa rules and regulations etc.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to drive card business, acquisition and usage.

• Define product requirements, features, and pricing to meet customer demands and maximize profitability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Card business, risk management, compliance, and technology to develop and launch new card products and initiatives.

• Monitor and analyze card portfolio performance, including acquisition, activation, usage, and retention and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and payment association.

• Adequate knowledge about Digital Banking i.e. MFS, QR code, E-commerce etc.
