Experience:
In Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Law or a related discipline from a recognized university.
Professional certifications such as SHRM, SPHR or equivalent will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with substantial experience in the banking or financial services sector.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions in a scheduled commercial bank or a leading financial institution.
Proven expertise in strategic HR leadership, organizational development, succession planning, executive recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, industrial relations, employee engagement, HR governance, and HR digital transformation.
Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Act, Bangladesh Labour Rules, Bangladesh Bank regulations, corporate governance requirements, and contemporary HR best practices.

Develop and execute the Bank's Human Resources strategy aligned with the Bank's vision, business objectives, and long-term growth plans.
Lead all HR functions including Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, HR Administration, and Industrial Relations.
Design and implement modern HR policies, governance frameworks, service rules, and organizational structures consistent with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, labour laws, and international best practices.
Lead organizational transformation initiatives, culture building, change management, organizational restructuring, and business process improvement.
Develop leadership pipelines and succession plans for key executive and critical positions across the Bank.
Drive performance excellence through an effective Performance Management System (PMS), KPI framework, competency-based assessment, and talent review process.
Develop competitive compensation, rewards, recognition, and employee value proposition (EVP) strategies to attract and retain high-performing talent.
Ensure effective employee relations, disciplinary management, grievance handling, ethics management, investigations, and regulatory compliance.
Lead HR digital transformation initiatives through HRIS, automation, analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
Build a culture of integrity, accountability, innovation, diversity, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Represent the Human Resources Division before Bangladesh Bank, regulatory authorities, external auditors, Board Committees, and other stakeholders whenever required.
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, Bangladesh Labour Rules, Bangladesh Bank regulations, corporate governance guidelines, and internal policies.
