Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and results-driven Financial Analyst / Associate Relationship Manager - Structured Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating financing opportunities, structuring transactions, preparing financial analyses, and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex financing solutions, including syndicated loans, project finance, and capital market transactions.

  • Evaluate new business opportunities and support the origination of structured finance and fund-raising transactions.

  • Develop financial models, conduct project feasibility analyses, and prepare Information Memorandums (IMs) for prospective transactions.

  • Assist in structuring debt, syndicated financing, project finance, and capital market transactions in line with client requirements and regulatory guidelines.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), multilateral agencies, and other stakeholders.

  • Support the execution and closing of financing transactions, ensuring timely completion of documentation and disbursement processes.

  • ·       Achieve Agency & Trust business targets through fee-based income generation and effective client relationship management.

  • Monitor post-disbursement performance and ensure the timely repayment of principal, interest, and other obligations.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financing terms and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare and submit accurate reports to Bangladesh Bank, multilateral agencies, and internal management.

  • Conduct industry, market, and credit analysis to support investment and financing decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
