Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor BTL marketing campaigns, brand activations, events, and sponsorship initiatives.

  • Ensure brand compliance, visibility, and quality standards across all campaign touchpoints.

  • Execute campaigns and events within approved timelines and budgets.

  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth campaign and event execution.

  • Communicate campaign briefs and business requirements effectively with external agencies and vendors, and monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion and quality standards.

  • Coordinate meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions for events and activations, and prepare meeting minutes where applicable.

  • Gather inputs from reporting managers and relevant stakeholders, and coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

  • Monitor campaign performance, track ongoing projects, prepare post-event and monthly activity reports, and maintain branding inventory.

  • Prepare and process required documentation, including NFA, expense claims, approvals, vendor bills, invoices, and payment records.

  • Maintain organized records, approved documents, reports, and supporting files to ensure proper documentation, easy retrieval, and audit compliance.
