Responsibilities & Context:
  • Portfolio Management: Achieve branch sales targets by actively driving both Retail Assets (Home Loans, Car Loans, etc.) and Liabilities (Retail, SME, & Corporate Deposits).

  • Business Development: Visit corporate houses, real estate developers, government/semi-government bodies, and autonomous institutions to acquire potential retail and deposit clients.

  • End-to-End Client Servicing: Visit prospective customers, collect necessary document packages, verify the authenticity of all documentation, and prepare flawless files for submission and daily approval.

  • Cross Selling: Maximize customer wallet share by cross-selling the bank’s complete suite of retail and digital banking products.

  • Performance Tracking: Maintain and manage a clear sales matrix, tracking self-performance (target vs. achievement) on a regular basis.

  • Market Intelligence: Collect localized market information, observe customer demand dynamics, and monitor competitor features to report early market trends to the Branch Manager / Line Manager.

  • Risk & Monitoring: Closely monitor loan repayments at the branch level and proactively raise early alert reports as per bank policy.
