• Assist in developing short-term and long-term business plans aligned with organizational objectives.

• Support the formulation and execution of market-driven business strategies.

• Conduct strategic business analysis and provide recommendations to improve business performance.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of commercial campaigns.

• Develop strategic initiatives to address business performance gaps and achieve business targets.

• Support the development and execution of new business initiatives and strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in formulating pricing and commission strategies and monitor their effectiveness.

• Prepare regular business reports, dashboards, and performance updates for management.

• Provide visibility on key business KPIs, active customer performance, and ongoing campaigns.

• Generate ad-hoc reports and business insights to support management decision-making.

• Analyze business data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and data-driven reporting to support business planning activities.
