কক্সবাজার শহরের প্রবেশদ্বার লিংক রোডে সু-প্রতিষ্টিতি ও গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকার কতৃক অনুমোদিত সমবায় সমিতি, ইয়ুথ কো অপারেটিভ সোসাইটি লিঃ এ মাঠ পর্যায়ে “সঞ্চয় সংগ্রহ ও ঋণদানের” কাজ পরিচালনার জন্য কিছু সংখ্যক মাঠ কর্মী নিয়োগ প্রদান করা হবে। প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই মাঠ পর্যায়ে মার্কেটিং, ঋণ ও সঞ্চয় সংক্রান্ত কাজ করার মানসিকতা সম্পন্ন হতে হবে।
