The bank is seeking a qualified and purpose-driven professional for the following position within its Retail Banking Division & Distribution Network:
ARM/ RM - Home Loan, Retail Banking & Distribution Network Division
Job Grade: SO/PO
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive Home Loan business growth by acquiring new customers and achieving assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, real estate agents, corporate clients, and other business partners.
Ensure that clients clearly understand and agree to all product and service features, applicable fees, terms, and conditions.
Manage the complete customer journey—from lead generation and application sourcing to documentation, sanction, disbursement, and post-disbursement relationship management.
Coordinate with CRM, Legal, Technical, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
Consistently deliver a high level of customer service by addressing queries effectively, escalating complex issues appropriately, and maintaining customer satisfaction in line with the Bank`s service quality standards.
Ensure the flawless execution of client relationship transactions by maintaining accurate records, responding promptly to customer requests, and ensuring full compliance with the Bank`s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
