The bank is seeking a qualified and purpose-driven professional for the following position within its Retail Banking Division & Distribution Network:

ARM/ RM - Home Loan, Retail Banking & Distribution Network Division

Job Grade: SO/PO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive Home Loan business growth by acquiring new customers and achieving assigned sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, real estate agents, corporate clients, and other business partners.

  • Ensure that clients clearly understand and agree to all product and service features, applicable fees, terms, and conditions.

  • Manage the complete customer journey—from lead generation and application sourcing to documentation, sanction, disbursement, and post-disbursement relationship management.

  • Coordinate with CRM, Legal, Technical, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.

  • Consistently deliver a high level of customer service by addressing queries effectively, escalating complex issues appropriately, and maintaining customer satisfaction in line with the Bank`s service quality standards.

  • Ensure the flawless execution of client relationship transactions by maintaining accurate records, responding promptly to customer requests, and ensuring full compliance with the Bank`s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
