Responsibilities & Context:
  • Strategic Market Penetration: Formulate and execute localized strategic plans to identify and capture untapped business potentials, maximizing market share within the branch's territory.

  • Overall Branch Supervision: Oversee and control the day-to-day operations, administrative functions, and service delivery platforms of the branch/sub-branch.

  • Business Development & Target Achievement: Ensure consistent fulfillment of assigned branch financial targets through sustained revenue drives, low-cost deposit mobilization (CASA), and quality asset booking.

  • Asset Sourcing & Portfolio Quality: Source, screen, and recommend high-quality Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) and Retail loan applications. Conduct rigorous pre-screening and credit risk assessments to maintain pristine asset quality and minimize Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).

  • Trade Finance & Remittance Operations: Oversee end-to-end Trade Services, including the processing, opening, amendment, and negotiation of Letters of Credit (L/Cs) for import/export operations, alongside managing inward and outward foreign remittances efficiently.

  • Sales Promotions & Multi-Channel Synergy: Organize and lead targeted marketing promotions (campaigns, corporate presentations, seminars, and exhibitions) in active coordination with central business units and alternative channels.

  • Human Capital Development & Succession: Mentor, train, and develop branch personnel to elevate skills and productivity, while intentionally preparing a robust internal pipeline for leadership succession.

  • Financial Management: Implement strict cost-minimization frameworks and control operational expenses to maximize overall branch bottom-line profitability.

  • Audit, Risk & Compliance Management: Maintain an airtight internal control environment to guarantee a strong audit rating. Ensure absolute compliance with the Bank’s internal policies, Central Bank guidelines, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT) regulations.
