The bank is seeking a qualified and purpose-driven professional for the following position within its Distribution Network Division:

Senior Manager/ Manager, Government Relations, Distribution Network

Job Grade: Up to FAVP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Government and Institutional segments to expand the bank's Assets and Liabilities portfolio — covering deposits, retail loans, credit cards, and salary accounts.

  • Develop, refine, and continuously enhance segment-centric propositions covering lending, deposits, salary accounts, and credit card solutions.

  • Drive nationwide growth of the Dyuti proposition through strategic engagement with government organisations, ministries, departments, and officials at all levels.

  • Achieve quantitative business targets as defined in annual KPIs including CASA, term deposits, retail assets, credit card issuance, and salary account acquisition.

  • Increase wallet share through cross-selling of loans, credit cards, insurance, and digital banking products aligned with the lifecycle needs of government employees.

  • Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, and quality on a quarterly basis, and initiate corrective actions to ensure targets are consistently met.

  • Organise strategic events, financial wellness programmes, and institutional engagement initiatives to strengthen the bank's presence and brand within the government employee ecosystem.

  • Coordinate branding and visibility activities, including on-ground campaigns and digital outreach, to position Dyuti as the preferred banking proposition for government employees nationwide.

  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic responses.
