Responsibilities & Context:
Overall supervision of the Branch
To ensure the business target of the Branch
To help and organise sales promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions, etc.) in coordination with the other channels.
To ensure cost minimisation and maximise branch profitability.
Pre-screening of loan applications to maintain portfolio quality.
Ensure effective services.
Ensure a good audit rating for the branch by maintaining proper compliance.
Ensure compliance with existing AML policies of the Bank & local directives to prevent Money Laundering
