Experience:

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from a UGC-approved university.

• No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.

• Preferably completed Banking Diploma courses (JAIBB & AIBB)

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Age At least 24 years

Skills & Competencies

• Sound knowledge of account opening procedures and banking operations.

• Understanding of regulatory compliance, KYC, CDD, and AML/CFT requirements.

• Ability to manage high-volume operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Core Banking Systems (CBS) and Document/Data Management Systems (DMS).

• Analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Process account opening requests accurately and efficiently through centralized operations.

• Scrutinize account opening forms and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance.

• Ensure adherence to Bangladesh Bank regulations, the MTB Customer Acceptance Policy, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) guidelines, relevant circulars, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Achieve assigned productivity targets while maintaining agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and operational excellence in all assigned responsibilities.
